The convocation to the non-presential general shareholders’ meeting scheduled for August 31, 2023, is hereby annulled
The Board records that, in the session held on August 24, 2023, it has unanimously resolved, among other matters, to revoke and annul the agreement to convene a non-presential General Shareholders' Meeting of the Company scheduled for August 31, 2023, at 10:00 AM, through the Google Meet platform.
In this regard, the aforementioned non-presential General Shareholders' Meeting will not take place
