Terrano has an area of 140,000 m² strategically located next to the Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima and very close to the port of Callao. It has subscribed a contract for direct access to the airport and its cargo area, and has a privileged location with respect to the existing terminal and the future international airport’s new facilities.
Now, it is developing a Logistics Center that will have warehouses, offices, and logistics spaces for the main stakeholders in trade matters.
Oporsa owns three neighboring plots of land that total more than 580,000 m² next to La Pampilla Refinery. These sites face Néstor Gambetta Avenue, as well as the seafront, and enjoy an I-4 zoning category, which allows for the development of various logistics and industrial activities.
Today, it has signed lease agreements with logistics warehouse operators that use approximately 260,000 m².
