2011
-In January, the Peruvian and Argentinean consortium, Aeropuertos Andinos del Perú composed by Andino Investment Holding and Corporación América was awarded the concession to operate and maintain the package of the six airports in the south of Peru.

2009
– Terminales Portuarios Euroandinos (TPE), a Peruvian and Portuguese consortium, composed by Cosmos Agencia Marítima and Mota Engil, was awarded the concession to design, build, finance, build, conserve and exploit Paita Port Terminal for the next 30 years.
– Cosmos acquires 99.9% of AFARSAC.
– Almafin is established.
– PentaTanksTerminalsis established. Its first Project is to build an ethanol storing and dispatching terminal with a 20-year contract with Maple Energy.

– Operadora Portuaria S.A. (OPORSA) is established as a company specialized in handling mineral and bulk.
– File Service is purchased

– Cosmos purchases 50% of Nautilius shipping agency.
– Andino Investment Holding is established to conduct and orient the group services towards the same strategic goals.
– Neptunia diversifies activities and expands the offer of logistic services.

– Neptunia opens a branch in Paita.

– The maritime broker TritonMaritime Services (TRIMSER) is founded.
